Publisher's summary

A new adventure begins on Harmony in the brand-new novel from New York Times best-selling author Jayne Castle.

Hannah West and Elias Coppersmith have no regrets about their impulsive wedding - because they can't remember it. All either can remember is that they were on the run. With Hannah's dubious background and shaky para-psych profile, she could have done much worse. The coolly competent mining heir arouses her curiosity - as well as other parts of her mind and body. And even her dust bunny likes him. But a honeymoon spent retracing their footsteps leads Hannah and Elias into the twisting underground catacombs, where secrets from both their pasts will come to light - and where the energy of their clashing auras will grow hot enough to burn.

Love the Dust Bunny!

The Dust Bunny is Awesome, the DC family is kick ass, Runner is a cool kid, the Hero is a smart cool guy who may be rich, but doesn't act like it. And the main character is a great Finder, but I was wish her magic did more.... i mean... it is more in the end... but more of a defend from a distance type if thing...Her aunts are sassy and I totally dig this book. I almost wish the Dust bunnies would talk... but that may have messed up the cuteness of them lol.

An edge of your seat wild goose chase...

This past week (9/6/16) I decided to set aside all the ARCs I had and read new releases by a few of my favorite authors. So the second book I have to share with you is Illusion Town by Jayne Castle aka Jayne Ann Krentz. Another author that is pretty much on the auto-buy list. So when I found the new releases in a few of my favorite series I just had to get them. I just so happened to get the audio versions as well and totally enjoyed reading along.

Illusion Town is the latest in the Harmony series. When Elias Coppersmith and Hannah West wake up from a psi burn and discover they are married and have no recollection of the event it leads them on one wild goose chase to discover why. These two off the charts talents have been courting each other for months online and now their first real time meeting ends in a run for their lives, amnesia, and marriage. Things continue to become more and more exciting as the story proceeds. Ms. Castle/Krentz is exceptional at romantic suspense that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

If you have a chance be sure to get the audio version and read along. The performance is great.

another good addition to the series

Illusion Town felt a little less intense than other books in the series. I like Hannah West and Elias Coppersmith as characters.
The idea of a paranormal carnival underground is interesting and creepy.
I enjoyed the narrator.

come for the dust bunnies

Very standard Jayne Castle. Side characters need more development more tell then show. Dust bunny is very cute and story is a mystery involving alien artifacts of with I hope are prominent in future stories. Love story is a bit sappy but it doesn't drag. If you like the series this one won't stand out but not a bad listen.
