Very relaxing!!

I listen to this every night when I go to bed. I fall asleep and wake up hoping the message works. I'm not over weight, but I'm hoping this helps me eat better. it's helping me sleep better for sure.

I lost 9 lbs in 14 days

I started listening to it for 14 days before while I go to sleep and I have already lost 9 lbs. I haven't made any diet or exercise variation; I simply feel less hungry than before.. Absolutely fabulous... Now I will continue with the program until I reach my ideal weight. Thank you thank you :)
