Loved it! Loved it! Loved it!!

I listened to a Pete Milan book and loved his voice so much that I went looking for other titles that he narrated. I found this wonderful gem and count myself lucky. I'm not sure I would have found it otherwise!!

The book is billed as a mash-up of science fiction and detective novels. It so completely works! Hugh Monn is a human living on a planet called Galveston with a host of friendly and not-so-friendly aliens. The listen is a compilation of short stories that has Hugh putting his detective skills to work. I loved them all!!!

Milan's narration delivers as well. That man is incredible!!! He made this book next-level.

I only have one issue with this book and that's the cover. Hugh is constantly telling people his age (late 20's, early 30's) but the cover depicts a much older man. It's minor, I know, but still.

I loved. loved, loved this book!!
