Excellent Resource

I work in schools & I'm always looking for a passable book to help people understand the students we work with- they are difficult to find. Nothing brings as many questions from parents or staff as much as autism because there are very few set rules or answers This book is friendly, enjoyable, and a great resource. Much more than information- insightful. I will be happily recommending it to anyone who will listen.

Inspiring!

I loved this book. It is inspiring and giving hope. The author has a good sense of humor and the narrator is great. Listening to the book was intersting and natural as if following a story. And I already applied some of the ideas to my family where one of the children is diagnosed with ASD.

Finally a manual on my daughter!!!

Finally I have a manual for my daughter. Very interesting and good info. I feel like I understand my daughter better now and I have some advise on how to teach her lifeskills. She is 11 years old and doesn't have her diagnosis yet but after reading this book I'm convinced she has Asperger, because everything fits her so well. This book is a gamechanger for me :)

Easy Listen and very helpful

I really enjoyed this book. The author mostly recounts personal experiences and writes them in a light-hearted and fun way. The narrator has a great choice but the s-sounds and occasional pops of her p-sounds is a little annoying.
