No PDF Documents with this audiobook
There are regular references to PDF documents that sound like they could be useful in my classroom. They aren't included here. I'm disappointed because not having access to the supplemental materials limits my ability to apply the information in the book.

Annoying Narrator
Good information. PDF? Narrator is annoying with over emphasizing when reading, which makes it difficult to listen and requires frequent breaks. Wish someone else had been hired to narrate.
