Hocky Pocky Mumbo Jumbo

This woman is all about saying the same thing over and over. Lots of explanation of anxiety but very little active/practical information. When she is practical, it becomes bunk. For example: "Use a pendulum to figure out what your body is saying. If it goes back and forward, it means this." She mixes good information wth the ridiculous. Because she had anxiety, she knows how to fix you: why go to school? In the meantime, let's hear the same thing a different way. Oh.... One more time... I won't tell you anything until I explain it one more time ... One more. One more.... ONE more. Trust me. Endless.... Avoid.
