This book will transform your life!
I really, really, really enjoyed reading this book. I began to focus my attention and listen to the author, I absolutely felt changes in my life. I applied the principles as they were introduced. The mirror work/play, the daily affirmations, and meditation are truly getting me through some recent challenges.
