Great for Interview or Review Preparation
This book provides a straightforward approach to interviewing including a couple of things I had not considered. Clear and easy to understand, actionable information gives a sound base when preparing for both interviews and annual reviews. As someone who has difficulty promoting themselves in the annual review process, the section on creating a brand for yourself was especially helpful.
I enjoyed the questions and prompts, especially around those difficult questions that always come up. The practical advice on how to respond effectively increased my confidence in being able to present myself in the best light. The provision of pdfs of the worksheets from the physical book was a nice touch.
A great resource, especially for those new two, or returning to the workforce.
