Informative

Very informative. Been wanting to get into mediation but keep putting it off. This gave me a sense to start now since I better understand it.

Really long 4 minutes. I was expecting information on how to meditate to remove stress. Not with this read.

Stressful

From the start, I felt stressed as he kept describing it. Then it just ended. Four plus minutes of winding you up, and then nothing!

Very informative

The audoibook is short but really informative. It's a good way to gain basic knowledge about nervous system and how the meditatin helps the body and the mind to calm down. The narrator is good. He explains everything very well.
