What a $$hit show!

I don't usually take breaks in-between the books but yooh, this book had my emotions up in the air. For my sanity, I had to take it in doses. One minute I wanted to scream about one MC being stupid and next I wanted to ship the other to a different universe.

I can’t believe I waited so long.

Narrator was new to me a great. Such a beautifully smooth voice.

The unfolding of this story was very enjoyable. At one point I had to stop and tell me wife about the first reveal. Go on a complicated adventure of love, family, and finding out who people really are.

WOW what a sultry read!

This is my first Fiona Zedde book and WOW what a sultry read. And if one of the main characters is a powerful madam, could it get more tantalizing? While House of Agnes is an undeniably sexy read, there's so much more to it. Inside the pages, Zedde's skillful narrative keeps you on the edge of your seat. The romance is electric and fraught with tension, pulling you into the whirlwind of emotions experienced by Agnes and Lola. Each twist and turn of their story was well crafted, keeping you glued to the pages (or in my case my earbuds)

Zedde has a talent for creating multi-dimensional characters that add depth to the narrative, pulling the reader deeply invested in their journeys. The blend of suspense and romance is well-balanced in this book.

Having experienced this first round of Zedde’s storytelling, I am excited to read more of her work. Her ability to create such an engaging and suspenseful romance is fantastic. This novel is a must-read for anyone who loves a good romance with a thrilling twist.

Mari did an excellent performance on this audiobook. Her ability to bring these characters to life and immerse you into their world was superb. 10/10 recommend the audiobook!

Zedde's writing style and Mari's narration of this book created a fantastic reading experience for this story. I highly recommend the audiobook!

Loved it and want more!

I have been waiting for this audiobook and was so excited to see it was finally released. The book exceeded my expectations! I love books with badass women, especially ones who take care of others who can’t protect themselves. I loved the energy between Agnes and Lola and the twist and turns made this book hard to put down to go to bed 😀. There really are not enough WLW-FF books with main character “bad guys “ or main characters of color in a relationship and I would love to see more. Fiona Zedde’s House of Agnes could be a start to a great series! The supporting characters were also great. All I have to say is everyone needs someone like Whit to have their backs 😀. I really want to learn the back story on Whit! The narration was great! Looking forward to book 2, please???🙏🏿

This story was superb. I was looking for a story that gave I couldn't stop. I didn't want it to end. The twist and turns made it so good. The narration of the attraction between these two ladies, Lola and Agnes was so good. The story line was soooooo good. I almost didn't read this, but glad I did. There had to be more books like this. Just go ahead and start reading. You won't be disappointed.

Great characters!

I love Fiona Zedde. Her writing is superb. Such deep characters. I hope there is a second book that picks up the two other characters that we want to hear more about!

Great Story, Well Preformed

This was such a great (read) listen! The story was exciting and definitely kept me interested. The narration was fantastic all the way through. It was definitely worth the time and I'm looking forward to experiencing more work from this author. I have a few on my list already.
