Low Angst 🎄

I needed a Christmas listen, a friend suggested this story. Low angst. Slightly hot. Good listen while decorating the house for the holidays. Macy is a jumper of conclusion. Dean is just hanging on however he can.

What a great holiday treat! Such a sweet second chance tale. This gives me all the feels. Dean and Macy are adorable, and what once seemed like an inevitable HEA for them, fate decides to put a few bumps in the road. With both of them being far from the other, a series of events puts them in the same place. A

This was a beautiful, hot, dirty-talking, sweet, lovely story.

eh not the best book

since its the holiday season i was looking forward to a christmas story. this story was way to fast. not enough details. macy gets into a bad accident but is magically perfectly fine. get locked into a cabin with her first love. all a sudden love each other again, having sex (without alot of detail) and next day shes moving half way across country to be with him again. one tiny curve ball that wasnt even explained well enough. this book needed alot more detail.

A really good story

I bought this book on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The storyline flowed really well and the characters were believable. I really enjoyed this book and hope you will too.

did I miss the whole middle of the book?

for some reason I thought this would've been a longer read. felt like the middle was missing and all of the sudden these two people who haven't seen each other in years are shacking up. there just wasn't much of an evolution to the romance the 2nd time around. cute read but not worth a credit jn my opinion

Nice Christmas Story

I like this story, the characters are good and have chemistry, but they will have to overcome from ups and downs not only from there pasts but some from there here and now there is a bit drama and happy ever after.

Good Story, very nice nice listen... check it out.. disappointed in-the cover of the book.. that girl had blonde hair and the girl in the book didn’t ... lol I know so NOT a major thing 🤣 anyways check it out you won’t be disappointed. Wish there were more funny scenes or just scenes of his Santa Stripper gig

More nice than naughty novella

I prefer more holiday in my holiday novellas. While the second chance meet-cute finds Dean in his sexy Santa suit rescuing Macy, the rest of the story is devoid of any further Christmas scenes, making this just another short, sweet romance. They could have at least given us a beefcake in a Santa suit for the cover. Side note: the guy on the cover seems a bit slim to go with Sebastian York’s deeper narration, and Macy has dark hair… so Ms. Valente, here’s your opportunity to fix several (admittedly minor) false advertisements on the cover.

There’s only 1 more than cozy, less than hawty naughty, get together just before the 2 hr mark, and the rest of the sizzle fades to black (boo, coal in stocking). There is 1 other, straight to the naughty bits, segment in the final half hour, giving a teaser to the Bad Boys Temptation trilogy that features Colton and Olivia in the same town as this novella.

This is quick, gets over the past conflict effortlessly, and has a little humor to boot. All in all, a nice listen for a sale purchase. I have wishlisted the Colton/Olivia novella and will wait for the sale.
