Love the start to the new series!

Scored is the first book in the V-Card Diaries Novel by the fantastic Lili Valente. I'm a huge fan of Lili's and I know when I pick up or listen to one of her books I'm going to be entertained from start to end. Scored is a brother's best friend romcom that had me laughing out loud and totally swooning over Ian. Evie has known Ian since she was a little girl and always had a crush on him, but now they are older and she needs his help. It's time to get rid of her v-card and Ian is just the man for the job. Who cares if her brother would kill them if he found out. But they just don't care. It's more than just lust. And it's pretty clear neither of them just want one night. I had the pleasure of listening to Lili and Jason Clarke narrate this great story and I love them together! They are both sexy, sweet and fun and they brought their A game to Ian and Evie!

Fun and flirty romcom with humor and heat

What a fun and amazing listen from Lili Valente! Scored was such a treat to listen to. We have a bevvy of tropes here - forbidden love, best friend's little sister, friends to lovers, virgin - in such a sweetly romantic and swoony romance.

Evie and her group of friends are not experienced in the world of love. When they enlist her brother's best friend, professional hockey player Ian, to give them lessons, things quickly get steamy when both Evie and Ian finally allow the feelings they've been trying to deny out of the bag. Ian is protective, but we realize quickly that it's out of true affection and not some misguided notion that Evie doesn't know what's best for herself. He's thoughtful, he's romantic, and he wants Evie to have all of the best that she can have.

Narration is two of my absolute FAVORITES - Jason Clarke and Lili Valente. They were simply perfect for these parts. Jason has a voice that is heartwarming, hot and panty melting all at the same time - he's perfect for this role. And Lili captures all of Evie's nervousness, her determination, her emotion. I loved it.

Absolutely Loved This One! Sweet Steamy And A Perfect HEA!! Narration Was Spot On Perfect!!

Evie & Ian are one hot couple...I mean Evie is such a bad A$$ who knows what she wants and is tired of not asking for it.
Ian is a sweet, tough hockey hottie who adores Evie. The only catch is Ian is Evie's brothers BFF and that can be a bit tricky.
Gawww when these two finally figure their stuff out its super hot and heavy.
I am in love with these narrators...Lili always brings the story to life as does the sexy voice of Jason Clarke...I could listen to these two for days!!!!!

Great series starter

This book was so much more than I thought it would be, Lili brought her a game here. I loved how quirky, lovable and just great all characters were. Full of banter, sexual tension, great hockey scenes and amazing friends/family, Lili turned the worn-out tropes virgin girl and brothers best friend a new life.

Evie lives with 3 more friends who are all eccentric in their own way and they happened to be all virgins. When they all ask for Ian, her brother’s Derrick best friend, a famous hockey player and her all time crush, for seduction lessons, things spiral out of control.

Ian always saw her as his best friend little sister, like family, but now she’s everywhere! She’s now working as an art therapist with his flawed hockey teammates, at Ice Possums (yeah, this name is just cringe), and suddenly he is seeing her for the woman she is, damned the overalls and paint on her face.

I loved their friendship and how she was the one to push him to take her v-card. From the moment they let it go, he was a 100% in their relationship, like forever “in”, even considering staying at his toxic hockey team, just to be with her. Then there was Derrick and for all his issues, I wish I had a brother like him, one who truly cares. Evie is lucky to have him as one and so many good friends. And I honestly can’t wait for his book. A great start of series from Lili.
