Good for a beginner.

If you have never researched anything on hormones or how they affect the body this book is a good jumping off point. However, I was disappointed with the lack of information that was provided. She gives advice in the book about taking supplements but doesn’t go in-depth on what ones you should take for what hormone imbalance. This book felt more like having a lengthy conversation with an medical educator than an informative piece of medical literature.

Not helpful

It was like having a old tired teacher read out of a school text book. If you know absolutely zero about hormones and don’t understand the most basic functions of the body in relation to hormones, this book is for you. Very disappointed, I can’t bring myself to finish it.

It is one of the best audible!

This Audio-book is brilliant because it record us how to move into menopause with grace and ease...just as it could be. Symptoms of menopause like night sweats, hot flashes, brain fog, fatigue, hair loss, low libido. Dr. Paveena Knight so many practical tips to help you feel your best for the second half! I highly recommend this Audio-book if you are ready to take charge of your health.

Downloaded this Audio-book however in doing. I'll be sticking with Dr. Paveena Knight's diet who I have had success with, provides community admins who are licensed medical professionals documentation of the diet, food lists and recipes.

I fell more comfortable with this knowledge

It is an excellent Audio-book. A must read for all women who suffer menopause in silence. So much of information for us ladies who go through hormonal changes and whatever she had written works. The keto green diet is awesome. Lovely recipes and this works.

I got many conductive ideas from this audible

The Audio-book would have more detailed information but it was chapter after chapter of repeated food lists and menus for a diet that would help "control" hormonal fluctuations or depletion and restore energy and vitality.

information but only brief help tips

An Okay book, it has lots and lots information about hormone (it's almost get boring, but then they are hormones you might not even know about, so few interesting hits to wake me up) and their function, but the help advice is rather brief and general, it does have few good tips but really, nothing new that you would not know yet, just about scraping 3 stars.

Very basic information

Truly disappointed, the level of information is at best secondary school level. If you have no prior basic knowledge of biology and physiology it might be of some interest, otherwise don't waist your time.
