Wow

These THREE books right here!!! I’m actually glad I read these three out of order - first Salt Kiss then the first .50 story —THEN this one—WOW!!! So much passion and then more PASSION!!! Oh yeah and of course a huge heaping of OBSESSION!!!! I Can’t wait for the next one!!! Please be from Mark’s POV!!!?????

the third wheel

it wasn't until this book that I discovered that Isolde is actually the third wheel when it comes to Mark's preferences Mark was married to a man Mark starts a relationship before they're married with a man and continues the relationship with a man. Mark even praises Tristan more. Tristan even admitted that Mark's been lying to her. I believe that regardless of what Mark says to her she will still always come in third place in his heart and that a man will always be his first thought when it comes to love and not a woman. 😒

Need More

I loved the first in the series, Iso sharing this one I struggled with at times. Just like the first in the series I do feel like I need more to their story though!! The ending I didn’t see coming!

Holy moly!

Holy moly!

What a book. I didn't think I was going to survive this one. And that ending? It wounded me. The story and these characters are enthralling. I was so sucked into this book from the second that I started reading. I literally don’t know how she does it every single time. I read a book by her and somehow, I’m always shocked and amazed by her immense talent! I did also listen to this on audio and I highly recommend it. Oscar Reyes and Isabelle Ruther did such a wonderful job bringing Tristan and Isolde to life.

I don’t want to, nor can I say too much more without giving anything away. If you’re looking for something unbelievably spicy and makes you beg for more when you’re done, then I highly recommend reading this book!

not as good as salt kiss

last book had me roped in, could not wait for next book. this book was just too different and all the 50 dollar words just seemed overkill. how does isolde be so easily manipulated.

It hurts so good

No matter how much of Sierra Simone’s works I read I’m still always surprised at the hurt she puts her characters through. The writing as always is great. I felt the spice was less than expected for one of her books. I also hoped for more Tristan chapters, but it definitely leaves you excited for book 3. However, I will say it feels like a lot of threads have been left unfinished and seems like perhaps too much for a final book to tie off without feeling rushed or incomplete in the explanation.

Honey Cut by Sierra Simone is a book where you need to throw expectations out the window. Anything you thought possible, yes, completely out the window. I had so many questions esteemed from Salt Kiss that are still yet to be answered, and Honey Cut sweetly created even more questions that hopefully will be answered in the third book. Even though we got more questions than answers, we surely got dirty and sweaty scenes in this book. This book is filthy and I was here for it. I got the chance to get both the book and audio, and I would have to say I enjoyed the audio so much more with these scenes. Sierra is a genius. She knows how to capture her readers and have them be devoted to her story to wait for however long it takes. I would so recommend this story and all her work.

This is the first trilogy/series I’ve ever started without being fully released and now I know why. The way miss simone has me on the edge of my seat!!!! The writing is beautiful, the plot sucks you in and keeps you in, and THE SPICE 🌶️🥵🔥 can we talk about the punishment scene. It is the EXACT reaction I saw coming. I had to stop and turn a fan to cool down cause I was HOT. I was SWEATING. But I expected nothing less from the queen that is sierra simone. And Mark…… Mark Mark Mark Mark Mark. 🥵🤭😫🤯. Tristan. Definitely gives puppy dog energy love that. Isolde? Bad a**. Can’t wait to see how all of this gets resolved in the final installment. I actually NEED it. Please please please do some kind of surprise early release this time cause I don’t think I can handle the waiting again 😩

Side note: Isabelle and Oscar’s voice is like butter 😩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
