Easy to understand and simple to implement

After going on a few vacations this summer, I am realizing how out of shape I am and how much my health has declined since working from home. I was constantly exhausted, and my joints and muscles ached every day because normally I sat at a computer for about 10-12 hours per day and then did light chores around the house. Being out and about in NYC took a toll on me. In listening to this book, I realize there are so many simple things I can do to help improve my health. My husband also suffers from back pain after having 7 surgeries and I have encouraged him to look for more holistic way to help himself and so I was very surprised to learn all the various things he could do to decrease his daily pain. Really great book that lays it all out there for you. It's like an a la carte depending on what issues you may be having. Many people could benefit from this book.
