Borderline erotica
I enjoyed this story.
BUT if your not a fan of foreplay then this book won’t be for you.
No major angst which I appreciated.
Audio was ok. A couple hiccups with line repeating but all in all good voice that fits theme.

Full bodied and sensual
The story is very sweet. It gives full but condensed back story and stays current with excellent descriptions of the love that is blooming between the two. The love scenes are hot and gives an excellent view of what love making can look like. I recommend this book because it reminds me it's never too late and the pool of loving partners has not dried up

Not my favourite
It took me awhile to finish the book. Some books are not the best fit for the audio version, and I think this is definitely one of those books. I did not enjoy the narration, especially when the narrator posed as Luciano's father. It just creep me out honestly. There's too much smut for an audiobook, or maybe it was just repetitive. I think this story might be more enjoyable when you read the actual book instead of hearing it.

A sweet and spicy love story!
First, let me say how much I loved the narration! The sultry voice kept me engaged and interested throughout the book. Luciano and Marina are two people who meet in a sex shop. Marina works there, and enjoys her job. She still struggles with loneliness, even years after her break-up with her ex, Dean. Luciano is likewise also years out from his devastating break-up, so much so that even his libido has taken a hit. A trip to the local sex store leads these two together, as they learn to heal and recover. The story will make you feel that love after a long-term relationship ends is not only possible, it’s often better. The sex and sexual exploration is hot, and it’s a joy to read how two adults can learn and grow together.

The book set place in Chicago, why was there a British accent lady reading the book, I thought it it was an American lady reading the book it would sound more realistic to me, did not like the reader
