But people do crazy things when they’re desperate. And I reeked of desperation. So, I struck up a deal.

My one big mistake, though...big...HUGE? I accidentally fell for the incomparable Huxley Cane.

I had such a wonderful time listening to this book. So many laugh out loud moments. The story and the characters are great. Highly recommend

How do I review a Meghan Quinn audiobook? Hmmm… look, ladies, if you haven’t yet read/listened to a Meghan Quinn romcom you are seriously missing out. Meghan Quinn knows exactly how to suck you in and make you fall in love. Each book she writes gets wittier and steamier than the last. My blogger partner got to ARC this while I ALC’ed it. We were both blushing like crazy at the steamy scenes. And when I say steamy, ladies I mean STEAMY. And talk about hilarious banter between Huxley, Lottie, and their friends and family. Meghan is the Queen of RomCom. You either love her stories or you’re wrong. I know this isn’t the best review – but come on, it’s Meghan Quinn. Just stop what you’re doing and buy this book/audiobook RIGHT NOW!

This book was made for Ava Erickson’s and Aaron Shedlock’s voices. The narration was exemplary. Their timing, pitch, and pace were perfect. This story is so funny with super steamy scenes. It needed narrators who are not only talented but could be emotionally connected enough to bring this story to life. Piece of Cake and Meghan Quinn got that and so much with Ava and Aaron.

A feast for the soul!

Not So Meet Cute was a feast for the soul! As another comedic gem was penned by Quinn, this one surprisingly also brings an unexpected and welcomed emotional punch.

Erickson, a narrator I always love listening to, pulled at my heartstrings. Her performance gave the adorable, and real character of Lottie, so much charm and spunk, she really made the character come to life.

If you love to read Quinn's work or are new to her writing, this is a must read title. It is sure to give you all the feels!

You NEED this listen!!

Sometimes you just need a good laugh…this book delivers!! Huxley needs a fake fiancé to impress a potential business partner. Lottie desperately eeds a job after her ‘friend’ fires her. An accidental meeting, and desperation, leads to a business arrangement where both parties get what they want. The journey to achieving their goals is EPIC!! You will laugh until you cry! You HAVE to read this book!
The narration team is perfect for this…the portrayal of the characters really pulls you into the story. Definitely a must listen…again and again!

Her best yet!

I absolutely love MQ, but this book was SO MUCH FUN! When I saw how long it was I feared the story would drag on, but it did not in the slightest. The character development was awesome and somehow MQ found the perfect combination of slow burn romance and delicious sexcapades.

Also, the narrators were incredible. Great casting! 10/10 would recommend!

Oh Meghan, with every new book you write you bowl me over with your bag of talents.. and, with this very entertaining tale, you’ve done it again. In Lottie and Huxley’s fake romance their journey to something real is simply precious. It’s fun with its snarky, quick-witted banter and verbal sparring. It’s delicious with its toppling of well-held boundaries and expectations. It’s wicked and wonderful as their chemistry sparks heat and a very real relationship in the most delicious and delightful way. It takes a strong woman to stand-up to this sexy alpha Billionaire bossman and bring him down a peg or three.. then melt walls and make him finally see what the most important thing in his life truly is. And Lottie is her name.

Worth a credit? Yes a very entertaining story with just the right amount of everything I love. And the dual POV stellar narration by Aaron and Ava brought the characters, the feels and the story to life. A story that makes you smile and leaves warmth when it ends.

What an amazing story! Well written, great build, funny, and lol! Ava and Aaron are amazing narrators!! I didn’t want to stop listening to the book ever. Loved the growth of the characters as well as love and forgiveness as well as hot and streamy. Can’t wait to listen to more audio books from the narrators and more from Meghan Quinn. I hope the Kane brothers become a series and love to see what happens with Laurie’s sister and JP! 🥰🥰

So good!!! I loved narration was GREAT!!! I’ll over the story perfect story to get me out of my slump! In love with Huxley Kane!! Hopefully we get Kelsey’s story because I was left intrigued!!

This book is so entertaining. I’m still trying to decode the title … but this book is perfection. You will laugh out loud and you will flush in response to the heat. Lottie a young and sassy woman, is feeling out of sorts, when she runs into Huxley a distracted and driven billionaire. They both happen to be in desperate circumstances when they agree on a plan that could help them both get what they want. What they don’t account for is at what cost. I enjoyed the banter and the heat between Lottie and Huxley. This is my first Meghan Quinn read, I’m already queuing up my next.

Sexy, funny and cute!

Laugh out loud funny with hot romance scenes that will put you in the happiest of moods. Worth 2 credits in my opinion!
