This book is great. Loads of practical information. I listen to it several times and every time I have discover someting i missed in the previous time.A masterpiece at getting to the core .

One note, I have tried the lentils for breakfast thing based on one of Tim's podcasts I recently listened to. It's unbelievable the additional energy and focus I've had throughout the day with this being the only change.
