I loved what I learned from this book. Alberto Villoldo has such deep insight and experience in the Shamanic journey and I am so grateful that I found this book.

Excellent introduction or refresher for the Inka Medicine Wheel. Wisdom for all levels of experience!

Hate live recordings and choppy chapters

I hate when you buy an Audio book and it has live recordings thrown in instead of the high quality, studio recorded Audio book I am expecting. I don't want to listen to that one lady coughing all through a live talk. I can't focus with that background noise. The meditations should have been studio recorded and separate tracks in meaningful places. Give me the value I expect for what I pay. The information was choppy and all over the place in short sections. It was very unclear what my learning outcomes were supposed to be from listening to this. His books are better.

I found the book very strange

I think this is aimed at someone who has indepth spiritual knowledge as this was way over my head.
