Wonderful

I love all of Alberto’s books. The wisdom, humility and sense of humor combine very well to bring the sense and practicality of Shamanism together and is also backed with some science, mythology, history and psychology that makes this a very well-rounded listen.

The narrator is awesome and I think captures very well Alberto’s essence. He has an enjoyable and engaging voice that is comforting to listen to.

A great source of information

I enjoyed listening to this book and going through all the lessons. I learned a lot and was reminded of many lessons. Like I've said before, and follow the advice of my college professor. I will read this again in three months, then in six months, once more in nine months to fully work through the teachings.

Outlines the process of transmuting the 7 demonic sins, into the angelic virtues of peace, generosity, purity of intent, courage, compassion, temperance, and humility. This is a fantastic narration with examples and journal snippets of the own doctor's alchemical journey of churning the nigredo lead into the golden light.

To find out what the caption title means, one must complete the initiation processes for the 7 sins-ways of being in ignorance. They also correspond to the 7 chakras with security, love, and power relating to greed}generosity, lust}purity, and wrath-anger}peace, relating to the lower 3 childhood related processes. The one's related to marriage (4th courage of the heart), having offspring (5th cooperative communication ie compassion-together), being a sage (6th vision from temperance), and illumination (7th humility) belonging to adult processes.
