A great help

This book was so profound and relevant to me. Even just listening to the exercises changed me and my perspective. It was a very healing read. I look forward to reading this again.

Amazing synthesis of years of experience

The narrator makes the story very listenable. His voice calmly lulls me to sleep each night before the 15 minute timer Is done. The knowledge and ideas really resonate with me. I like hearing about adventures in other countries and other ways of life. This is the kind of book that you can have on in the background and pick up different parts of the story each time you listen. Alberto really shares his personal experiences plus gives general information on shamanic journeying's ability to bring healing to our lives now.

Always Insightful

I’ve been studying Alberto’s books during my shadow work. He has been such a wonderful tool in allowing me to see the bigger picture in reality. I am grateful for his comforting and poetic words.

Lots of good information

There is a lot of good information. I’ve attended many of the authors' online events and training. The information here is part of what he teaches in his classes. Listen to all they teach here and if you want to know more or be trained attend one of their training sessions before trying any of them on another person. Each journey I went through as the author guided us the readers through them.
