Very enlightening

I have struggled with my weight since I was 6 years old. I’ve done every weight loss plan there is and lost weight then regained it because the food was my coping mechanism and I never got to the root of the problem. Emotional overeating was so well explained in this book so I feel like I’ve got the understanding to work on my issues and get my weight under control. Tricia is so relatable. It’s like she spoke directly to me with a Birdseye view of my life.

Life changing

Tricia’s book and program by the same name have been life changing for me. I will highly recommend this book to anybody who has struggled with weight loss at any time in their life - instead of doing it alone, pick up (or download!) this book and take the help, dig deep and uncover once and for all what has been holding you back. So much is possible once you do that, weight loss will just be a side effect.
