Great intro to the plant based diet

This audiobook is very helpful for those looking to lose weight with a healthy yet delicious plant-based diet. It lays out everything you need to succeed in an organized and convenient way. The food is tasty and the diet is easy to follow. I would highly recommend this audiobook.

Well thought out book on plant based diets

The book is very informative and is well thought out when it comes to talking about the positive aspects and strengths of a plant based diet. I'm familiar with many things on the topic but this book really fleshes out everything you need to know on the subject. If there was any book I'd recommend to anybody starting out a herbivore lifestyle, it would definitely be this one.

Very informative plant based diet book

This book is very well researched and very informative, I really like the narrator's voice as well. Lots of information on the effects of animal products on the environment and on the human body which were eye-opening to me. Good tips on eating a plant-based diet while you out on the go witch I found useful as well as apps I could use to make your life easier. Good recipes you get you started that are very tasty. I’ve been trying a plant-based diet for a little over a month now and I’ve noticed a significant change in the way I look and feel. Overall if you want to switch to a more plant-based diet this is a good book to get.

A big life style choice

Hardcore Herbivores Guide to Eating a Whole Foods Plant Based Diet - Let me start with my position. I am a part time vegetarian in that I only eat a small portion of meat on a Sunday the rest of the week I only eat veggy. (And I like that regime).
So the book is full of good ideas and facts, the chapter on vitamins and nutrients is especially informative.
The book clearly sets out it's reasons for this life style.
So it's worth reading just so you have all the facts before you change or continue your lifestyle.
Narrator did a great job, clear & concise.
