Learn how to change your relationship with money by treating it as a welcome guest - allowing it to come and go with respect without questioning its motives or resenting its fluctuations. Understand and improve your Money EQ, look behind the myth of scarcity, and embrace the process of giving money along with receiving it.

It’s a great book for anyone struggling with money

For years I have struggled with money. When I was younger, my father told me I had to work in a company and become an executive. I tried that, and I hated the grind and trying to “make my money situation all right”. From my fathers perspective and what I thought was the society’s perspective. I had thought that you have to work all the time, doing something you wish you don’t have to, so people can approve you and that’s how “you are supposed to live life”.

And if I wanted to relax or do something you enjoy, I thought something bad was going to happen. And that I couldn’t possibly live a life without fear of not being approved and this fear that I would loose it all. I always thought that I was not good enough, so I have to do more of the hard grind, always worried that I am not getting the approval of others, and good things will and can go away any moment.

Yet I always had this feeling that I don’t want to accept money. I don’t know, for some reason. Like I didn’t want to be judged as a scary horrible person that everyone hates. For some reason, as much as I wanted money, when money actually came towards me I would push it away. Like, if you accept money people will find out the truth of my darkness, the dark desire for wanting money, and although I want it, I don’t want to loose love and approval of others.

The concept discussed in this book was life changing. I have much healing and correcting my thinking to do. Mr Honda brought me the grace, the little space between my mind and my heart to let me know it’s okay to be who I am. And I can, I am allowed, and I need to follow my heart and accept or view money as an energy form that can match the frequency of my attitude towards how I view life.

Thank you very much Mr. Honda.

Read and re-read and still find something new.

This is one of the books that one buys and keeps as a reference book.
As an audio book, it is exceptional as well.
I was raised partially in Asia and have been a Buddhist since I was a child, so I understand the philosophical side of this book.
This might be a tough read for closed-minded people and for people that don’t have a learning mindset.
For those with an open mind, those who understand that we are all just big antennas sending and receiving signals and those who understand one’s parents’ story doesn’t have to be their story, those individuals will read this book and capitalise in their investment.
I live in the United States and it’s easy to see how many people are out there cursing themselves by perpetually complaining they don’t have enough. Even with a roof over their head, food, hot water, Internet, a car and a job; people here still complain that they don’t have enough and that life is too difficult.
If one is a miserable person and see misery everywhere, one can’t see or feel abundance; even when it’s right in front of them. Because someone doesn’t have everything, it doesn’t mean s/he don’t have everything.
Worse, misery loves company, so unfortunately these negative “woe-is-me” kind of people tend to show up in bunches - with the occasional false-positive people complaining about the negative people whilst still giving their sob story an audience.
Read the book, get your life into gear and quit yer bitch’n. See beauty everywhere with the eyes of gratitude and 50% of your problems get solved.
