Fun sound effects
I'm using this book as part of trying to learn German. With a few exceptions, the stories are read in a clearly enunciated fashion. The narrators do a good job of reading the stories in an engaging manner. The producers have added sound effects which help accentuate the plot. I suspect that these would make this version more engaging for children since they're the sort of sound effects an adult might add when reading to a child.
