Amazing information, and I understand why this book has not gone main stream, yet. If the world knew what Ari shared with us, the medical profession, pharmaceutical industry, food manufacturers, dietitians, weight loss companies, etc. - they would all be out of business! I am telling everyone I know about this book :-)

I have read hundreds of books in this arena . I have absolutely no weight issue as I am at perfect weight
but I thrive on learning the optimum insights and dietary balance. i have been raw vegan for 52 years and it works for me but I understand the principles which are more important than particulars...

l really loved this book! I have struggled with weight lots my whole life! Now at age 68 I have been having great difficulty deciding what kind of diet I should be eating for health and also lose extra fat. This book was perfect to solve my dilemma. I can now confidently follow these recommendations and know I am doing the right thing! A must read for everyone!
