I have always wanted to tell my story, not for sympathy or to shock anyone but to show I am human. My life has been far from perfect.

It's not one of those broken child books. I am and never will be broken. I am a strong woman with a successful career.

Why is it called Fact or Fiction? Sometimes I have said to myself, " You couldn't make this shit up”, but then wonder if people would actually believe me if I told them. I really don't care if you believe it. I know it is true, and I hope if it gives one child the confidence to speak out, or one woman the confidence to leave a toxic relationship, it was worth writing.

Excellent story of life!

Good story! Love listening to this narrator. She really makes you a part of the story.

Wonderful and fun memoir

I totally enjoyed this book. The author finds humor in her past and the narrator gleefully adds the little giggles. I got caught up in this book and felt like I was with her and found a good friend. I can relate to many of her life experiences whether big or small. (Like the klick knack toys from her childhood.)

Down to Earth humor

The narrator captures not only the Yorkshire accent but also the wit and down to Earth humor of the author.

An inspiring Story

What an interesting story about a unique life. I loved hearing that in spite of the challenges the author experienced in her life, she carried a resiliency with her to make it through. The narration is splendid, and told with the proper accent, places the story for the listener and colors the words with warmth, humor, disbelief and reflection.
