Good for weight loss

This audiobook from rewiring brain Hypnosis is pretty useful for a number of things. It's good for actually liking the process of eating healthy. It's been helpful for weight loss motivation. And it'll definitely guilt you off the coach into exercising. It's a winner in my book!!

It felt so good as I listened to it.

This is an awesome guide indeed. If you want to have great results from your weight loss goal, then this is the right book to have. Change your habits to reflect the body you want. The meditation and hypnosis sessions are all about regulating food portions in a natural and highly effective way by engaging your subconscious in the process. This is exactly what I need.

Awesome! Losing weight without trying. I sleep like a baby when I am listening to this book. I've listened to several highly rated hypnotists, but I like this one the best! He uses very soothing, calming techniques.

Excellent book

Ate intuitively my entire life and was always small. Once I started the diet roller coaster things quickly became unmanageable. My weight was never a problem when I ate what I wanted when I wanted. With today's constant barrage of information on what food is in at the moment everyone could benefit from this book.

Excellent guidebook

Excellent guidebook, This book has given me guiltless enjoyment of eating back. I no longer have worries about what I should eat that’s also healthy so I don’t gain more weight. Or having to decide what I’m going to bring for lunch, or what to eat for breakfast.

Self care starts with the mind

Very nice! Good collection of sessions for losing weight that can be used at different times and used repeatedly. It's a nice thing to have along the journey of trying to lose weight and keep it off. I am pleased that I purchased this book. It has been helpful. Impressive and very helpful.
