Great listen and really effective

I bought this book yesterday morning and couldn't put it down. I have studied nutrition, health, diet and exercise my entire life but I know it is constantly changing. I have listen almost the entire book because I couldn't put it down and I have learned so much. Great book, great information, well audio.

Amazing, so easy .

Amazing, so easy and I have to listen started to lose weight. Had my doubts at first but I am so glad I took the steps to do this. Make sure to follow all the instructions and don't try to take short cuts. I highly recommend it to anyone struggling with weight problems and I understand as I have tried so many things in the past, this is the best.

I love this show.

I love every extreme weightless show they are inspiring what Chris and Heidi take on not many people would invest a year into people the way these two special individuals do! They help people change their lives this show is moving, inspirational and rewarding to watch, watch them all then get off the couch and go change your life!

The book is full of information!

This is a great book that really addresses the hardest parts of weight loss...the emotional side, letting yourself be priority one, maintenance and everything in between. Even if you didn't use their plan you should still listen to this book if you want to get control of your weight and your life.

Awesome! Losing weight without trying. I sleep like a baby when I am listening to this book. I've listened to several highly rated hypnotists, but I like this one the best! He uses very soothing, calming techniques.

Great audio Book

Well, I was definitely skeptical about using a hypnosis audio book, but I thought if anything it would instill some positive reinforcements. It is a soothing audio book to listen to, and I would think of some of the key phrases throughout my day, but other than that, I think it would be better used for relaxation rather than weight loss Hypnosis.

Good for weight loss

This audiobook from rewiring brain Hypnosis is pretty useful for a number of things. It's good for actually liking the process of eating healthy. It's been helpful for weight loss motivation. And it'll definitely guilt you off the coach into exercising. It's a winner in my book!!

Important audiobook.

This audiobook covers a variety of other benefits of routine meditation for the mind and body, as well; Stress is the primary reason for our lack of well-being. I really appreciate the research that went into this audiobook! Anyone looking for a natural way of living a healthier, less stressful life should definitely check this one out!

wonderful weight loss bundle

I'm really liking this bundle. It includes a lot of techniques and methods for healthy eating and to stop unhealthy habits. Brings awareness to bad habits and helps steer you in the right direction. Great for autocorrecting yourself and staying on track with your diet.
