I'm using this meditation daily. I am a recovering alcoholic and addict who has been sober for five years by the grace of God. This evening energy meditation complements the 10th step daily review I do as a part of working the twelve steps of Alcoholics Anonymous in my daily life. I have already suggested this program to several close friends and very highly recommend it:)

Better take a brisk walk

OK so I worshiped her work in Anatomy of Healing or what ever that book was a decade or so ago. This guided meditation just didn't get it done for me. Her voice was irritating and she did not sound like she really believed her own words. Take a walk after dinner instead and skip this.

Good mediation in-depth more than I thought

I did this meditation and I expected it to be short, simple and easy. However, it was VERY in-depth and was a far deeper reaching meditation than I expected. I highly recommend it.

Days End Ritual

This meditation is a complete clearing/settling of the spirit that insures safe passage through the nights journey and a prescription for deep sleep.

Nite Cap...

This meditation is wonderful way of clearing chakras, taking daily personal inventory of thoughts and actions, as well as, helping me relax into a perfect slumber.

Great meditation, but ...

Given that this is a meditation, it would have been better if the meditation began as a separate chapter so that you can get straight there in future without having to listen to the intro every time.

Awesome Bedtime Meditation!!!
