Faithful Christians of the past

I wasn't sure how I'd like to hear from passed Christians speaking to me about their lives, but the author did a great job of refining their stories to interesting nuggets in an autobiographical form. She also read the accounts, and I enjoyed her speaking style. I learned about historical figures I didn't know about and also gained more respect for ones with whom I was already familiar. This could be a daily devotional, or just nice to listen to on short drives or prayer walks for an uplifting part of one's day. Recommended!
