Publisher's summary
The storm has come!
The Angel's Blessings had faded and Kell and Longo find themselves stranded on a lonely deserted island. The world was facing global destruction in the form of a mighty curse that gave never-ending rain to the planet. It wouldn't be long before the population of the world would be decimated, leaving easy pickings for the demon and its powerful master.
Kell has no choice but to contact his long-dead ancestors for guidance.
"My Master did not become the great warrior that he is by being soft and indecisive. While he was a man prone to thought and considering, moving slow like a master general on the battlefield, always pondering his next move, he could also be quick as a cobra when needs pressed.
But that night on the island, when we were with the Angel of Glory, I saw in Kell a slow and burning anger as the woman in the cistern's mist took the form of our beloved Anna, mocking him, and threatening the world with 99 days and nights of rain, floods, and a slow but very real destruction."

great adventure story
As a continuation of the "Epic Fantasy Adventure" series, this is as great as the others. The narration continues to be excellent, helping you to really use your imagination as you follow the journeys of Kell and the others, especially when you close your eyes as you listen, as I have done. To add to the excitement are the many mythical creatures they encounter along the way, such as the sea fairy and the ape
monster, to name a couple.
I look forward to hearing other adventures with Kell and his group.

A dark and epic mix of chaos & adventure!
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I would recommend this book to anyone interested in an intertwining story that is deep, vivid and imaginable. The narration of this story is absolutely stunning! Life breathed into the characters and elements set the tone just right!
Who was your favorite character and why?
Palledin, his continuous discovery of his powers throughout the story seem to always surprise you! The strength and persistence displayed through the character is really brought to life!
Have you listened to any of Jason Damron’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Yes, I have. Compared to previous stories I've heard narrated by Jason Damron, this one by far is the best! The way his voice compliments the traits of each character in this book are stunning!
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Not really, while the story does contain dramatic parts I'm not really an emotionally vulnerable person, although it was very exciting!
Any additional comments?
A truly deep and mystical book with lots of elements conveyed effortlessly!

A crazy epic fantasy adventure ride
I actually liked book two more than I liked book one- it had more drama, action, and flying horses :) I loved seeing how the characters grew in this second book, especially Longo coming to terms with how he acts towards Ana. The narrator, Jason Damron did a fantastic job once again, especially with the different tones each character took in a situation. My favorite part of this book was definitely the fantastical scenery and settings- it really took me to another world :)

More great fantasy by Blaine
Any additional comments?
This book is another great addition to the others that Blaine has written about fantasy type stories. I think that with reading this book, you will be intrigued and ready to purchase more in the series when he makes them.

"The Sands of Time" Is a Magical Sequel
Would you consider the audio edition of Epic Fantasy Adventure: The Sands of Time to be better than the print version?
"The Sands of Time" is a great book whether you read the words yourself, or if someone reads them to you. The one great thing about the audio version, is that you can lay your head down, put head phones on, close your eyes, and listen. You really can see the magical world in your mind.
What other book might you compare Epic Fantasy Adventure: The Sands of Time to and why?
The other book that I would compare "The Sands of Time" to is "The Angel's Blessing" which is book one of this series. They are great books with the same wonderful magic. They are both out of this world.
Which character – as performed by Jason Damron – was your favorite?
My favorite character that Jason Damron performed was who I consider to be the hero "Kell." Jason just made "Kell" real to me, and helped me picture him in my mind.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
I did want to listen to "The Sands of Time" in one sitting. It wasn't long, but it brings the imagination to life. I loved it!
