Interesting & further ruining my faith in humanity
This is a professionally made audio program describing events surrounding and the incident of each crime. The case is well detailed and the actual audio clips do an excellent job of making the events feel real and current.
Personally, I prefer to read (listen to) fiction, because I've never heard of many of these cases - as they're all from the UK and I am not - and they really remind the listener how awful humans are to each other.
The voice acting and narration are perfect. It feels like you're listening to a news documentary.

Very sad story
I appreciated that they explained the recordings since I couldn’t understand most of what was said in the original recordings. Still was interesting that they included it though. One issue I had was with the description - it says his 17 children were killed but really it was just 6 of his children as his other 11 were with the mother than left him prior to this happening. (Assuming all other 11 were from the same mom)

Not what I thought it was
This is a series of real-life crimes that includes actual 911 calls, etc. I wish I'd read the blurb more closely. You might enjoy this, but it was not for me. I love crime novels, but when it comes to hearing live audio I become a little faint of heart. If you enjoy learning about the gory details of people's misfortune, then you'll enjoy this series. If you're a more empathetic type of person, I'd advise against this listen; it's quite heartbreaking.
