Publisher's summary

Do you feel like you keep missing opportunities to do better? Are you stuck in a sluggish routine that dampens your productivity?

Emotional intelligence is the key to many of life’s most important doors: personal motivation and success, improved self-discipline, effortless charisma, and even improved presentation and memory skills!

But unlike reading books, reading people and situations isn’t taught at school. While some possess a natural emotional intelligence, most of us have to acquire the skill by increasing our self-awareness and conducting our own research.

In this comprehensive book bundle, psychologist John Ward will enable you to deepen your understanding of yourself, your emotional needs and tendencies, and the ways in which these affect how you interact with others.

This powerful self-improvement bundle includes:

  • Letting Go of Laziness
  • Charisma Improvement
  • The Art of Self-Control
  • Mind Your Minimalism
  • The Art of Hygge
  • Advanced Memory

Everything from your morning routine to the way you furnish your home can impact your future success; but with the simple steps in each of these books, it’s never been easier to overhaul your inner and outer lives.

If you’re ready to shed bad habits, let your personality shine, and build a calmer, more fruitful life, invest in your emotional intelligence today!

Simple and easy to read.

We decided to read Emotional Intelligence as a group read to get a better understanding of the concepts involved with this topic. The book is full of great information that can be used by people in any occupation. It is, however, somewhat tough to get through.

we need to read more book.

I really wish I had read this book in high school and better yet had a course in it. It would have saved me a lot of grief. As a society, we need to teach children how to deal with emotions.

This could have the title " how to be a vulcan". Basically suggests how to recognize your own emotional triggers so you can be more logical.

Cheers!

. Something we all need far more of when so many seem to have confused the pursuit of happiness with the pursuit of items. Well worth the read and a welcome addition to the growing trend of looking to live well, not own more.
