More so, the chaos and conflicts between some countries largely add to the negativity in the atmosphere. This is as a result of how interconnected we are as humans. We share energies and emotions. Illustratively, the peace and serenity predominant in an atmosphere can be disrupted by a burning chaos on the other side of the street or neighborhood. Nevertheless, our hope is not lost, after all.

Mindfulness meditation is a strong panacea to break through the blanket of chaos, strife, and negativity that are ravaging our world. This book makes a solid attempt to introduce you to the fundamentals of meditation as well as 50 practical meditations that will help you through overcome occasional stress, anxiety, and other forms of mental sickness. Everything that happens to us begins in the mind; therefore, you will learn to be in control of your thoughts, emotions, and how they eventually affect your overall well-being.

In the long run, you will master the art of loving kindness, forgiveness, and self-compassion.
