So much insight!

This book can be a guide to life as far as I’m concerned. The number of “aha” moments were too numerous to keep track of.

I understand myself better, and I have a new perspective, and respect for others and their journeys.

Thank you for explaining so much here about trauma, healing, and how the body and spirit are in union, communicating to the person experiencing the body and spirit all at the same time, and that nothing is separate but doing its very best to get the attention of the conscious mind. I’m so disappointed that this is going to be taken down from Audible after spending a credit on it.

A necessary read

It's long, and sometimes it felt like "eating your vegetables " as opposed to a dessert, but now that I'm done, I am certain I will listen to it again. Maybe in the spring.

I consider this book very helpful, so much, that I had to listen to it twice and I will likely go back to it through my life. May we all fill ourselves with love and continue our paths across “the rainbow bridge”.
