Great introduction, even better narration

This book was a great introduction to the chakra system. The perfect balance of detailed and succinct. However, what made this book so great for me was the narration. The author is an amazing narrator and it doesn’t sound like a normal audiobook - it sounds like getting an explanation from a friend or mentor.

Great book with interesting explanation. It would have been helpful to have the guide of the postures she references towards the end of the book.
