Great book

Great book with practicals exercises. Must listen one more tine. It’ll be great to have PDF.

Deeply informative and empowering

I expected largely a repeat of the author’s groundbreaking general text on Energy Medicine, but I was so wrong. The depth and breath of new content here blew me away! While already well informed, I learned a TON I wish I had known my entire life, as well as techniques I can use to profoundly influence my health and others’. I feel truly empowered to take my health into my own hands, literally. The narrator’s rather dramatic, sing-song intonation was a bit much at times, but overall I enjoyed the energy and warmth of her voice.

Robotic narration

Great stories and suggestions but really hard to listen because of the robotic narration. I’ve listened to a lot of audible books snd never heard a narration this robotic. The narrator uses improper inflection on syllables in words that is hard to follow. Also, the Audible version of this book is not as great as the paper version would be since you cannot refer to the diagrams or follow the specific motions described in most of the book just by listening. Disappointed.

A little hard to follow.

You definitely need the book to reference which I did buy, but the techniques are just not for me personally. Although I'm told they are extremely helpful to many.
