A paradigm shift

I learned a lot about Energy Medicine from this book. I would’ve liked to meet Ms. Donna Eden, in person, as I’ve known of her from Mindvalley. Thank you for broadening my mind.

I love the information. The Chakra information is a little different than typical information but it fits better with the meditation that I have been doing because I have been seeing "incorrect" colors for myself and now I know why after watching some of Donna's YouTube videos etc lol... she makes so much more sense for me! Thank you!

Very Insightful

if you are looking for an alternative method of healing this is a wonderful book. Even if you apply a few of the principles taught in this book you could possibly change your life. The book is very well written and easy to understand.

What did you love best about Energy Medicine?

I LOVED the accuracy of theoretical information (I am a therapist and just finished some courses on chakras, chinese medicine etc) combined with Donna experiences &with practical exercises( very good indications and drawings). I liked the fact it is a long book -LOTS of information (easy to assimilate)

What was one of the most memorable moments of Energy Medicine?

I liked the comparison between what Donna sees ,and the traditional description of the meridians, chakras etc. Some information about cancer caught my attention.

Which character – as performed by Vanessa Daniels – was your favorite?

Donna's energy is AMAZING.Recognising her ( I /ve listened to an online seminar with Donna some time ago ) was one of the reason I bought the book

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I put in practice some of the exercises. Short , powerfull exercises, some of them are classic, very potent exercises.

Absolutely Amazing

Great book fulk of easy practices you can understand and work into a busy life. The daily energy routine only takes five minutes. First it boost your energy situationally when you need it, but once it becomes habit and you aura can hold the energy it last all day. Plus it keeps you from getting sick and you know we all need that now!
