Publisher's summary

Anxiety and depression, though very different, tend to intertwine and create a spectrum of symptoms that affect so much of the population. Unfortunately, as the number of affected individuals grows, the affordability and availability of treatment decreases. This guide opens up a discussion about symptoms and triggers of anxiety and depression, and the effects they can have on daily life; aiming to help individuals understand and recognize the patterns, and offer a range of different treatment examples to help you cope with "the mess".

Gained knowledge of how to navigate my stress

This is a read for the everyday person. Wish I had read something like this much younger in my life or talked more about mental health earlier. Informative read that helped me with a better understanding of how to navigate my own stress and anxiety. Audible author finds the tone a few chapters in. There is plenty to take away from this book for anybody.
