The information was amazing from top drs.

She may not have the best voice and cadance for naration but the information is spot on.
I have read all the Doctors books, watched so many top YouTube sites and she is the best.
in the last year I have lost 40 plus pounds and did not weigh, measure or macro anything....I did it her way without knowing it. I have knocked my eating window down from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on a day or two a week and eat mostly keto with more veggies. it was slow as I eat to many calories but it is ez, nutritious, and I miss none of the white carbs. I have enjoyed her book very much and if I can figure out how to find what a blog is, I will listen...I am 73 and terrible with phones and computers !!!

Love love love Ms Stephanie , DLK!!

I have all of her books! They are fun and easy to understand! I had a ton of work, and didnt want to wait , so I was so happy to be able to get the audio book!! I love it! And my plan is to also get a hard copy, but for now!! 10 stars and so helpful!! If your busy, this is your saving grace!! The info is so helpful !!

I can't hear the book over the horrible narration

I was looking forward to this book as it came recommended by a dear friend of mine. Unfortunately, I will have to buy the Kindle version. I understand the author probably wants to come across as fun, sassy, and entertaining. Instead, the narration is annoying and unprofessional. The author clearly enjoys the sound of her own voice. It is so distracting, I couldn't focus on what she was saying because of how she was saying it. Not every author is a narrator. Please, re-record this book with a professional voice actor.

Can't Finish It

The content is fine, but the author narration is so terrible I can't get through it. I really hate to be critical in this way because I'm in full support of the content and the authors enthusiasm, but listening to her narration is punishing. I can't finish it and am looking to return it. I did purchase the cookbook paperback, maybe I'll do the same with this title.

Keto for real people!!!!

Stephanie is my new hero. Great narrator!!! This is keto for real people with real lives and real budgets. Highly recommended especially for females!

Disappointed

The book is ok but I didn’t like at all Stephanie‘a “voices”

I thought there would be more...

I really thought there would be more, maybe some recipes, examples of an average day, etc. instead I listen to the entire book of the author it was a little too dramatic and her reading, and places weird emphasis in areas. I am glad for her accomplishments, but expected something a little more professional and structured.

Keto for Rebels

I absolutely loved this book. It truly is a "girlfriend's guide" to a very popular diet that makes it friendly and fun. It is an entertaining and friendly beginners guide that makes your goals with the ketogenic diet feel personal and ultimately achievable. Great book!

Not as informative as I'd hoped

Was very difficult to listen to the sing-song narration. I expected a little more info on the daily expectations than her 25-50 carbs per day. I realize this a more relaxed version of keto, but a little more guidance would have been appreciated. I've checked out the cookbooks, so I'll see how it goes.
