Vocabulary

This is the most difficult book to listen to I've ever tried. the amount of mispronounced words makes it very hard to understand the book. I couldn't even finish the first chapter.

the poorest audiobook reader ever

Reads one word at a time, almost as if he were seeing the word for the first time. mispronouncing words and placing the emphasis on the wrong syllable constantly.
The guy is so bad, that he made me finish the whole book. I just wanted to see which other word he was going to kill next.
the pace of the reading is so slow that I ended up using the book to help me go to sleep at night. as a sleep aid, this is a great book.
On the positive side, this reader would make a great teacher for learners of English as a second language. a reader that stops at every word, that is just what I needed when I started learning English a few years ago.
the content of the book remains a little bit of a mistery to me, even though I was able to disipher some of the information, it was impossible to focus on the ideas. that is because ideas are communicated in sentences, not on words that pronounced one at a time.
I will continue to use this book to help fall asleep at night. this reader is better than Melatonin.

Wow, I can't listen to this book

Sorry but the narration is to difficult to listen to. No offense but if you are going to put your book on as an audio book invest in good narration.

Great content but horrible narrator

I looked at all of the reviews to see why such a horribly narrated book is highly rated. All of the high rating reviews were done on 07-02-2020 and 07-04-2020. Someone came in and posted those to inflate the ratings.

The book provides great content starting with the background of cryptocurrency and moving on. The problem with the book is the narrator. He is the worst I have ever listened to. He did not read the book first before narrating it. He has quite a bit of trouble pronouncing words, even standard words. In some parts of the book, he got confused about where he was and the sentence he read ended up making the reader try to figure out what he just said. He even yawns a few times. I run a podcast and edit every episode we record to make it sound professional by removing grammatical errors. This audiobook was not edited. He did not even go back and listen to it after recording it, otherwise he would have heard all of the errors.

InAudible

Impossible to listen to. The narrator can neither pronounce the words properly, nor can he read beyond a 4th grade level. He sounds like a nice enough guy and I feel bad criticizing, but honestly he should never have been allowed to read an audiobook. Also, the previous reviews cannot possibly be real. This is the second unlistenable book in a row on the subject of cryptos. I am officially giving up on this subject within Audible. Do NOT buy this book.

Lackluster reading

The narrator ruined this book. Do Not Buy. The reader frequently mispronounced words and did not have a smooth flow to his delivery. The reading issues made it difficult to follow despite having decent content. I will be asking for a refund. I highly recommend you do not buy.

Not worth listening to.

The narrator of this book is terrible. He can't pronounce words correctly. Obviously reading it out loud for the first time. I can't make it through it. The complete history of money and currency on the planet. I can't endure this, so not listening to the whole book.

Very Disappointed

Worse narrator I've ever heard. Hard to listen to. Difficult but got through chapter five and really didn't learn anything new at all, about trading.

Terrible narration

The guy narrating this really struggled, seemed to be the first time he had read the book. Robotic and struggled with some words aswell as hearing him gulp! Wish I hadn’t of brought as it was very poorly narrated.

Not a trading book

only managed to listen upto chapter 6 without any trading insight. narrator clearly has no idea about the subject

Absolutely Appalling

This is for the audiobook
If you want an accent that you can’t understand spoken by someone who is unable to read properly or construct a sentence. Cannot say basic words and has no idea what they are reading. A book that is so dull you want to kill your self then this is for you.
Seriously can’t stand the illiteracy of the guy Avoid and save your money .
