Fascinating, engaging, memorable, funny

Loved it! It's really cool that the author is also the narrator of this book. He's engaging and easy to listen to. If you are brand new to learning how to improve your communication skills, I highly recommend this audiobook because he does a great job at describing concepts so that they are easy to understand and relate to. I like that the focus is on teaching principles (rather than methods), which will help you understand why something works the way it does, and be able to apply it to ANY situation you may come across.

Even if you are an expert in communication skills, you will enjoy this audiobook and learn something new - the breadth of information covered is incredible and the author/narrator's teaching style is captivating.

I liked this audiobook so much I bought the hardcover version, too. Give it a listen!
