Oh my Landon....you have STOLE MY HEART!!!!❤️❤️❤️ Harper and Landon have taken the cake for my favorite Nikki Ash couple🙌🏻 I could not put this book down. This story had me so engrossed from the time they were teenagers...Landon totally had me SWOONING! To what tore them apart, to the future. I just loved how much Landon loved...how big of a heart he had throughout the entire story. And Harper reasoning behind her choices...I definitely felt for her. ❤️ Be prepared to be in all your feels from start to finish! This is surely a book to read over and over again.

Trigger Warning Missing

It is unfortunate to see that a trigger warning was not added to this book. What happened to her was rape. I read until the end with the hope that this would be addressed and, unfortunately, that was not the case.

Harper 🙄

Harper has to be one of the simplest characters ever. She has no spine or original thoughts of her own. She was peer pressured into any and everything. I’m barely 3 hours in and contemplating stopping. She was peer pressured into sneaking out the house doing something she didn’t want to, drinking alcohol resulting in sleeping with someone she didn’t want to & getting drugged, and finally marrying the fool she didn’t even like. She doesn’t even deserve Landon. She better be the one begging to get back with him & not the other way around.

Second Chance at forever

Landon & Harper’s story is in 2 parts. The author spent a lot of time on their teen years, which I enjoyed-I love to watch what happens in their earlier times & see how the characters develop. The second half was brilliant, both with the characters, plot, & narration. I found Tim Paige’s narration of the adults great, the voices of the children less so. Loved the revelations at the end!

2nd half is better than the 1st half

I did not care for the beginning of the book. I almost stopped listening. It did get better. The narrators were not my favorites as well. They were ok when talking in the 1st person, but when they tried to do other voices it wasn't great. The story did have some good surprises and twists to it. I am glad I finished it, but you have to make it through the beginning and get past the voices.

Overall 3.75 STARS

Sweet, swoonworthy and heartbreaking. The story starts off in high school where the two main characters meet. The heroine is super accident prone and while at times it was endearing it was a little over done. The hero is perfect and he really cares for the heroine. Some of the drama I found a little over the top but overall it was a cute story.

Narration was great, both narrators did a great job with all the characters.

Loved this book!

Absolutely loved it. Sexy, intriguing, and humorous. The first one from this author, but will not be the last.

Female narrator sounds like a robot

The story was great and kept me interested the entire time. However, I almost couldn’t finish it because the female narrator sounds like a robot. It was very distracting.

ugh..

I was generous wiyh a 2 for this book. This was horrible. I really tried. I know it's a book but there has to be a little bit of reality. I struggled through the teen story hoping the adult portion would be better, but nope.
