I read this after reading / listening to the rest of the series and had already fallen in love with Easton Blackwood and Sophia "Dash" Davis as the parents to the Blackwood kids who are represented in the Love & Lyrics series. To go back and get their story? Absolute heaven! No, this isn't always a sweet book, but I fell even further into my crush on Easton. 🫠🔥💜

Easton and Sophia have sparks flying from that first swat. I love their journey, the ups, downs, and everything in between!

I'm tempted to write a long review, but I might never stop, so here are the things that I most love: Easton has a terrific and supportive family. The way Easton reacts to and interacts with Kendall set my ovaries into overdrive. Sophia is fierce in protecting those she loves. Sophia never gives up on her dreams, even when dealt some serious curve balls. The two of them together... liquid heat! 🔥💜🔥

I received an author's copy of the audio book. The narrators are Theo Sinclair and Lee Daniels. I really enjoyed listening to both of them!

A wonderful love story!

I loved Sophia and Easton's story! Finding out she's pregnant by a lying, deceitful human being, Sophia decides she needs a fresh start and moves in with her cousin in New York and is determined to pursue her dream of attending law school.

Easton meets Sophia when she saves him from a "killer" bee. As their relation builds, Easton is determined to help Sophia's dreams come true as well as protect and love Kendall as his own.

A beautiful love story of a single mother giving love another chance! Great narration by Lee Daniels and Theo Sinclair.

Single mom romance

I absolutely loved this single mom romance by Nikki Ash. The storyline was great with wonderful characters. There were parts where my blood boiled, I got so mad. Other parts where I teared up with my heart squeezing tight. The best parts had me smiling ear to ear. I loved the ending. I only wish this had been longer.

Lee Daniels and Theo Sinclair are excellent narrators. They brought this book to life. It rolled like a movie in my head. Great performances!

Sweet, low angst Rockstar baby romance by Nikki Ash.

Narrated by Lee Daniel's and Theo Sinclair who sound perfect together. Theo has the perfect voice for a famous Rockstar, I could listen to him narrate a phone book!

Sophia has had zero luck with love until Easton charges onto the scene trying to escape a killer bee! There was instant chemistry and one thing led to another <wink wink>
Fast forward a month and things got real after a positive pregnancy test.

What Easton doesn't know is that she is a single mom of the cutest little 7 yr old girl.
Pretty sure he fell in love with both at first sight. And, really, who doesn't fantasize of a hot, romantic, rockstar to fall head over heels with you and your child and swooping in to make all your dreams come true? I mean, isnt that one of the reasons we love romance books?

Nikki Ash is a new favorite author of mine. She writes romances with babies so well. This single mom romance was so much fun and also brought so many emotions. The narrators were excellent too! I can’t wait for more in this world.
