I love this.

If you want little emotional rollercoaster this is for you. I've never been a fan of age gap but now I do. And the idea that a hot tattoo Greek God falling for a plus size women who has low confidence is just beautiful. I hope to find my Locland someday.

Amazing story!!!!!!!

I loved it. the narration, the story, everything. so very realistic and relatable. I cannot give this enough praise!

And Emotional Ringer

I don't think I was ready for the emotional ringer that this one put me through! It was really good, but if you have triggers, be sure to check the warning, as there are a few that popped up.

As someone who is getting on in years, these kinds of books give me some kind of hope that there are still decent guys out there, who don't care about age. I love that Lachlan was that guy for Quinn. And that he had just as much love for mini-Q as well. I haven't previously read the other couples stories, but didn't feel like I was missing any pertinent information, though I am interested enough to go back and check them out. I listened to the audio for this one, and it was great.

Older woman younger man...love to see it

This book checked off a lot of boxes for me. The narration was incredible. Tim Paige does a light Irish lilt that is devine and seems so natural to the character..the accent would get heavier at the best times <wink>. Kelsey Navarro was phenomenal! It is a rough start and a lot of negative internal dialog to get through many seem to identify with but was overdone for me at times...not that it took me out of the story. The overall love story and kid time is so heartwarming and adorable. You go through a gamut of feelings and i was completely invested into this couple and family.

a Great book

What initially drew me to this book was the Heroine's age and story. Though not my personal story I LOVE a mature Heroine with a cougar edition age gap.

Kelsey and Tim did a good job narrating. Tim's Irish accent was so good.

Not a great Irish accent, with some good not great spice. A good one time read.

So I liked the way the woman reads, but the man’s voice sounded a bit odd trying to force an accent. The story was mostly decent but the pacing wasn’t great. At times I was creeped out by the word choice of “wearing her down” to get our heroine to give him a chance after multiple refusals, and the ending was rushed. In general a single mom story is appreciated but a lot of the getting to know them stage feels glossed over , resulting in what makes it feel like a blog post more than a book at times. It was mostly performed well where it needed to be. The spice scenes are good, sometimes wish they were longer towards the end, like increasing over time. It’s a read you get one and done, I’m not sure I’ll get another Nikki ash title, but I gave it a shot.

Age is just a number

Lachlan was exactly what Quinn needed. He was patient, kind, and understanding. He saw the woman Quinn was underneath all her self deprecation. The age gap was hard on Quinn on top of her own thoughts of being over weight. She was not. She was just a normal curvy girl who heard the word fat, one too many times from someone who was supposed to lover her. No matter what she thought, Lachlan told her and showed her how beautiful she was inside and out.

Stellar cast brings soulful characters to life!

Through His Eyes by Nikki Ash read by Tim Paige and Kelsey Navarro... Older single mother (40), younger man (27). This one gave me ALL the damn feels... I LOVE that it’s a 40yr old woman and that she gets treated like a sexy desirable woman like she deserves. OH! And Tim does a bit of an Irish accent in this one! 😉 It’s so beautifully, realistically well written that I had to push through it. I see so much of myself in Quinn. And Tim as Lachlan, poured the Unrelenting strength and caring and support into the character that Nikki wrote there. So Tim freakin made me cry more than once... but at least now I know what a HEA could’ve looked like for me...

Great story!

As a woman pushing 40 this story had me in all my feelings. The insecurities whether derived from a significant other, a friend, parent and to have someone that loves you through all of them is amazing.
The Irish hilt was certainly a plus. I love the voice actors.

So many emotions!

Finding yourself and believing in yourself are the two hardest things in life. Quinn was amazing and beautiful! Such a wonderful woman. I honestly loved entire book! in the beginning I was so angry. But justice is definitely served ! The Narrators did a spectacular performance!!
