A must for all Owned fans

Not quite as dark as book 1. A lot of kink with an added love story. Having said that, there is that one scene that that does push the extremes and go into uncomfortable, so if you don’t like a little bit of dark, then this is not the book for you. I loved catching up with Ellie and Kayne, I so love Kayne’s domineering side, and I’m loving how Ellie makes a stand against Kayne. Following their disastrous ending in book 1, I was praying for their HEA, but as I’ve learned to expect, nothing is ever as it seems, and we have a few little twists to mix up the mojo. Lots of sexy time, and a little bit of action that kept me entertained. I loved the audio version, which was of course narrated to perfection by Sam Cawley and Muffy Newtown.

OMG such a good series

This is the best BDSM series I listened too. Kayne and Ellie's story continues. I have to say I felt for Kayne in this one in the beginning, and I'm glad that Jett was still around and as much a part of the story as Ellie and Kayne. You have to read this series with an open mind and embrace the dark sides of the characters. Muffy Newtown and Sam Crowley get you completely engrossed in the story and their lives. Excellent narration.

I previously read this series and the audible version just added to the enjoyment. The narrators did a phenomenal job and just love Muffy Newton's male voice :-)

This book was worth every moment spent. I really enjoyed it! 😀 Especially the end.

They lived not quiet a standard life. Kayne and Ellie loved the pleasure and pain in their relationship. Faced with danger, they are put onto an emotional path. Loved it! The narrators were fantastic!

Great follow-up to “Owned” the first “Decadence After Dark” book. If you have not read “Owned” you really should, while it is a dark and twisted story it brings you to where those characters are today. Ellie went off to college and is picking up the pieces of her life. She still thinks of everything that happened and of Kayne but she is focusing on her dream education. The end of the semester, one year without Ellie, Kayne sends her message and an airline ticket to meet. Following her heart she does just that and knows she did the right thing. I love the chemistry between Ellie and Kayne, it is smoking hot. I also love they are working things out and rebuilding their relationship. It is great to see Jett is still Kayne’s sidekick and a good friend to Ellie. This story is not as intense as “Owned”, there are intense moments, plenty of drama, some a suspenseful twist and some romance and erotic play. Thank you M. Never for anther great story I am looking forward to the next one in your series.

I listened to the Audible edition, Sam Crowley and Muffy Newton are wonderful narrators and voice performers. They continue to bring the characters and their story life. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another great listen🎧

Great continuation of Kayne & Ellie’s story!

The first book ended with a bang. I liked picking things up a year later and seeing how they both changed. Once again, awesome narration!!

My Two Pennies

Phenomenal duo for this story, you feel the connection between the characters throughout. I never wanted to take my headphones out I was hooked on this story and the way it was being told. We see a whole other side to Kayne in book two and I gotta day that I’ve fallen even more in love with both him and Ellie. Their story continues forward and although we’re still given the sexy dark romance shared between these two, there’s so much more that happens and you will be in absolute shock as I was. Moments left me with tears in my eyes and gripping onto the closest thing near me. Unbelievable turn and I’m dying to see what’s to come in book three.
