Publisher's Summary
Galena Margolis, a brilliant scientist with a tragic past, is determined to fulfill her destiny and develop the vaccine that could save millions. Yet when Galena's test subjects meet with foul play, it's clear that someone is still determined to stop her and that Galena herself is a target. As the Ferry empire forges a plan to keep her safe, Declan Ferry, the politics-hating black sheep of the family, steps forward to protect her - but the emotional cost may be more than either of them is willing to pay.
As unknown enemies close in, it becomes terrifyingly clear that they threaten to destroy not only Galena's lifesaving work but also the very fabric of fate. As Galena and Declan race to uncover the traitor, they also forge a special bond that could save both Galena and those she's sworn to help. Torn apart by the past and hunted by those she trusted, can Galena find room amid her fears for a passion that could make her stronger than ever? And even if she and Declan can find their way together, will it be enough to keep the future from coming apart at the seams?

A rollercoaster, the best description for this book. I ate it up from start to finish today. I just found book one last week and was chomping at the bit for book two. I feel for those who have waited to ride this coaster longer than I, waiting for three will leave me in the very long line to follow one of my new favorite series!

4/5 Star Review
What about Emily Foster’s performance did you like?
She was acceptable as the voice of Galena, but I really wish they would have had a guy for the voice of Declan.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I’m going to nit-pick something in this series so far that really irritates me. The constant references to their smells, they just sound like they smell icky, like she’s trying to glorify the stench of BO. It always threw me off, because there isn’t anything sexy about BO. Not to me, anyway.
Any additional comments?
This dystopian-like world that Sarah Fine has created in The Servants of Fate series is so hypnotic, the intricate and diabolical elements have hooked me. I really enjoyed Marked. And Claimed left me underwhelmed, so I hope Fated will step up and blow me away again. I am intrigued by the thought of Aislin and Moros as a couple.

Great Series
I can't wait for the next book, i bet it will be Ashlyn & Jason's story! !
This book was just as good as the 1st, my only complaint is that there are not enough details on Erin's supernatural part and that of her and Jason's family, ie his sisters the fates etc.
Put out the next book please!! ASAP!

Much better than the previous book in the series.
I was underwhelmed with the previous book in this series but decided to continue with this one because I liked these characters so much and I wanted to see where they would go. Claimed was WAY better than Marked. I'm glad that I didn't give up on the series. While I think the first book was pretty straightforward urban fantasy, I would say that the first two-thirds of this one almost have a paranormal romance feel with a more urban fantasy feel toward the end. I'm certainly not an expert in categorizing books, but this book has a distinctly different feel than the first as it centers largely around the relationship and romance between Galena and Declan. Their romance is slow and a bit unconventional in its origin but I like them very much as a couple as they work together through some issues that Galena had prior to the story (she was raped). I was also delighted to see Cacy and Eli back in fairly large roles. There is plenty of action in here-it just doesn't feel like it is the central part of the story for most of the time. So, yeah. This one was just so much better than the previous story. No middle book syndrome here. The characters are fantastic. I wouldn't say that my issues with less-than-stellar world-building have been resolved; I'm still unable to form a complete idea of the what's and why's of this future urban setting. However, I do have a little more of a picture after completing this story than I did after the first book, and I'm happy with that improvement. I also think the narrator did a much better job with this second installment. She voiced Galena very well and I loved the voice she used for Jason Moros, who is a secondary character in this book but will be the featured character in the final installment. I listened to this audiobook by way of the Kindle Unlimited program and I will continue with the final book in the series because I do feel fully invested at this point.

Brilliant story
This story was nicely written and though I admittedly didn't understand the concept of the different species in the story, the characters were great! The lead parts were good and I especially liked the male Declan as he was like a knight in shining armour to her. She struck me as being quite timid and vulnerable and as such they were a perfect combination. I look forward to the next installment, I think something is going to happen with his sister and a certain other species??? 🤔

Thrilling
Claimed is the 2nd book of this series and as Marked it started slow but progress into a fast paced suspenseful storyline that makes me hold my breath and makes my heart beats erratically. The storyline is pretty simple and not hard to figure out the bad guys, but the way it was delivered was heart pounding, the narrative is excellent. I would have love two narrator one for mam and a woman but its all goodx
