Oh my, be still my heart.

What a wonderful story to get lost in… the time jumps are a little distracting but the story itself is so wonderful. Great choice of narrators. So easy to get invested in the story. I wish it was another hour or two longer. Pure bliss. Absolutely loved it!

Love the chemistry!

Nice slow burn, not too graphic but still steamy! Loved the character development and angst!

Loved Izzy and Nate’s relationship. You can feel their chemistry and I loved the anual vacation idea. Great story, great narrators.

This was my first book by this author and I loved it. It’s slow, intense and heart breaking at times. I love the MMC and felt she did a good job to develop his character. Izzy was constant through the book, didn’t evolve in my view. But she believed in her love and that kept her strong and interesting as a character. Overall I recommend this book.

The love 2 people had for each other but Duty always taking priority.

I could read this book several times and still get excited like it was the first time. The way a life and death situation brought 2 people together, it gave the love they had for each other a solid foundation!!
I would highly recommend reading!!
