Good story overall, but too long.

Good story, but too long and repetitive. The story was drawn out too much and basically repeated the same theme too many times. When the climax of the story is teased too many times it becomes jarring and tedious. Each time Jason and Mimi are together the tension should increase a bit. Instead, those times just repeated the previous level of tension with no change. I still liked it, but it would have been much more fun if it had been shortened by at least 25%.
Also, the character of Kathy was a waste of time—irrelevant to the story. Why were we even introduced to her.
This book needed to be edited for time and tedium. Nowadays, readers need a faster pace.

Sweet YA Christmas Romance!

Mimi and Jason's story is sweet, and heartwarming. I loved to follow them in their slow burn journey to love. The characters are well developed, and interesting. Mimi, Jason, Taylor, and Mateo are fantastic characters. I liked Bentley too. I like the friendship in this story. The storyline has drama, some hilarious scenes., and a beautiful scenery! Liz Krane did an excellent job with the narration. This is a great best friends to lovers, and YA Christmas romance. I enjoyed it. I like Sarah Sutton's writing.

Mimi and Jason has been best friends forever. This is suppose to be The Crew's last Chritlstmas, or this is how Mimi felt about her friends ans her last year of HIgh School. Everything is going to change, starting with Mimi and her family flying to Florida to spend the holidays with her grand ma. But what it's really changing is how Mimi feel about Jason even if she ud been crushing on Bentley for a long time. sweet romance and great audiobook

Great YA Christmas Book

Mimi thinks life is over, she's gonna miss all the holiday stuff at home. Mimi's family is going to Miami for Christmas. This read was cute. High school drama .. I LOVE IT!!! I loved all the characters. Sarah Sutton is a new author to me, and I like her - I will have to check out her other books. I like YA books and this one was just perfect. The YA booknerds will like it too. Highly recommended.

Sweet listen

This is a really sweet and fun little holiday listen. I so wish we had more than one POV and I would have liked to have a little more of them actually being a couple but overall It's a pretty quick and entertaining listen with good narration.
