Inspiring

This book was easy to listen to because Ryan is a great speaker. It makes a huge difference to hear the author speaking/teaching on their subject versus someone reading words. Thank you Ryan for this content, it’s what I needed to hear at a crossroads in life looking ahead to what could be next.

Very motivating and inspiring. A totally new way to view failure. Loved listening to this. And the guy read is well. There was one chapter where there was a glitch, but I guess that’s part of failure. Lol.

Loved this book! Every time I listen to Ryan Leak, it's always the right message at the right time. He's my favorite speaker that inspires me in so many ways whether it's in church or listening to one of his podcasts. I can't wait for another new book to come out!

A very different self-help book

Initially, I couldn’t get past the author’s “podcast sphere” vibes. But I kept listening and ended up really enjoying the book. I think the premise of this book is explained by the title pretty well. However, I didn’t expect its messages and tone to be as concise and down to earth as it is. What I particularly liked was the author implementing reader questions about previous versions of the book (and the author’s life). I haven’t seen this done with a self-help book before and have to commend the author for doing so. It really makes sense and serves to underline the main ideas. Overall, I’m very happy I found this book and know I will keep coming back to it for reference.

Loved the vulnerability

So many books are painted in perfect light but I love how this book is about growth from failure and he shows us his growth from even writing the book! Wow, such a great story and a perspective that made an impact on me. I always felt that failure was vital in growth but there’s always more to learn and I love a great story.

Simple yet Profound

We often hear the question, "What would you do if you think you couldn't fail?" but recognising that there is lots to learn from failure and that we won't know where we'll succeed if we're concerned about failure is eye opening. Well worth the read.
